Shipping Policy

• Dispatch Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours.
• Delivery Time: Metro cities 2–5 business days; other locations 3–7 business days.
• Shipping Fee: Free shipping on orders ₹999 and above; otherwise ₹49 per order.
• Order Tracking: A tracking link is shared by SMS/Email once the order is dispatched.
• Address Changes: Possible before dispatch by emailing support@GuruKart.in with your order ID.
• Non‑serviceable PIN codes: If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you for an alternative or issue a full refund for prepaid orders.
• COD: is available for eligible PIN codes. Please keep exact change handy.
• Damaged/Opened Package: Kindly refuse delivery and inform us within 48 hours for a quick replacement or refund.
