Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
We want you to love what you buy. If something isn’t right, our simple policy below has you covered.

7 days from delivery
Applies to unused, undamaged items with all tags & original packaging.
💳 Refund speed
3–5 business days after QC
Refunds are initiated post quality check to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, inserts, labels, and freebies (if any) must be included.
- Initiate the request within 7 days of delivery.
- For damaged/defective items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video.
Non-returnable Items
- Used items or items showing wear/installation marks.
- Customised or made-to-order décor.
- Opened candle sets or items with scent/fragrance removed from seal.
- “Final Sale/Clearance” items (if marked on product page).
- Damage due to improper handling after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
We’ll confirm eligibility and arrange a reverse pickup where available, or share the nearest returns address.
Pack the item securely in original packaging. Hand it over to the pickup agent or ship it to us (share the AWB if self-ship).
Once received, we complete QC within 48–72 hours and process your refund/exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original source within 3–5 business days after QC.
- COD orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank transfer (share details during the request).
- Exchanges: Same-product exchanges (style/colour) subject to stock availability.
- Partial returns from kits/sets may be declined if components are missing.
Order Cancellation
- You can cancel before dispatch by emailing support.
- Once shipped, please place a return request after delivery.
Pickup, Shipping & Fees
- Reverse pickup is available for most pin codes; otherwise, self-ship may be required.
- In case of self-ship, please use a trackable courier service and retain the receipt.
- Returns due to damage/defect on arrival are fully covered by us. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), standard return shipping may be deducted if applicable.
